  1. Iced Cappuccino: Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk (or milk) into a large glass. Add the protein powder and coffee creamer. Add espresso and whisk well. Fill glass with ice and stir well to melt some of the ice into the cappuccino.
  2. Warm Cappuccino: Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk (or milk) into a mug. Add the protein powder and coffee creamer and whisk until protein powder is no longer dry. Add espresso and stir well.
Recipe Notes

Note: We find that protein powder dissolves best in room temp liquids. Try taking the chill off the coconut milk first and mix protein powder into some of the coconut milk to make a paste. This will make it easier for the protein powder to be dissolved into the rest of the liquids.

Also, if you use milk instead of coconut milk, your cappuccino is 155 calories with a Balance Factor of -7.
